The outdoor area is one of its highlights, featuring a private pool surrounded by a lush garden, sun loungers, a hammock, and a large dining table for eight—perfect for meals and social moments. The terrace, with a sink, restroom, and table for four, offers a cozy setting to relax at sunset.

The indoor spaces were designed to provide practicality and well-being. The spacious living room includes a comfortable sofa, armchair, 68’’ TV, and ceiling fans, connecting to a dining area with a six-seat table. The fully equipped kitchen includes a five-burner cooktop, built-in oven, side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, air fryer, coffee machine, blender, electric kettle, microwave, and even an ice maker—ideal for those who love to cook and entertain.

On the ground floor, Suite 1 offers practicality and comfort with a double bed, wardrobe, and air conditioning. Upstairs, the four additional suites are all air-conditioned and feature private balconies with hammocks, while three of them include a workspace with a monitor and ergonomic chair. The master suite stands out with its bathroom featuring two sinks and a TV, ensuring extra comfort for guests.
