Our apartment is GROUND FLOOR and is located in a privileged area of the condominium. It is approximately 60 meters from the beach, in the best block of the condominium. This accommodation is around 100 m².

The gourmet balcony is a show in itself, with an electric barbecue, minibar, high-quality filter and a table Huge dining room with complete dining set. It is integrated into the kitchen and living room, with an interior design designed for large, connected spaces.

The kitchen is COMPLETE, having everything needed to prepare meals in a practical way. It has a stove, oven, huge refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine and even a large Air-Fryer. The kitchen also has a counter for breakfast and tea.

The living room of the house has high quality designed furniture. The sofa bed is huge, soft and super comfortable. Furthermore, the living room has a HUGE Smart TV, making it perfect for a movie night with family and friends.

The rooms are air-conditioned and renovated, with new paint and recent decorations, in addition to the presence of special mattresses that will provide you with a great night's sleep. There are 4 bedrooms in total, 2 suites, 1 bedroom without bathroom and an outbuilding with bathroom. Each of the bedrooms has 1 double bed and 1 extra mattress, while the dependency has a bunk bed.

You will also have TWO parking spaces.
