We charge an energy fee of R$1.4 per kWh used in all reservations. The electric meter is checked before and after the stay.

Our apartment is located on the GROUND FLOOR in one of the best areas of the condominium, just 60 meters from the beach, in the most desirable block of the complex.

The spacious veranda overlooks the garden and features a minibar and several sofas, making it perfect for relaxing or entertaining family and friends. It connects to the house through a sliding glass door, ensuring both comfort and privacy.

The kitchen is FULLY EQUIPPED with everything you need to prepare your meals easily, including a stove, oven, large refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and a family-sized air fryer. The countertop is ideal for breakfast or tea time.

The living room is furnished with high-quality, custom-designed pieces. The large, cozy sofa ensures total comfort, and an excellent Smart TV is available for movie nights with family or friends.
