Our apartment was recently renovated, features custom-designed furniture, and is located in a prime area of the condominium. It is about 60 meters from the beach, on the second floor of the best block in the complex. The unit has approximately 100 m² of space and accommodates up to 8 adults and 2 children.

The gourmet balcony is a highlight on its own, with an electric barbecue with exhaust, a large minibar, a big air fryer, and a spacious dining table with a full dinnerware set. It is integrated with the kitchen and living room, following an interior design focused on open and connected spaces.

The kitchen is FULLY equipped with everything needed to prepare meals easily: stove, oven, large refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and water filter. It also has a breakfast and tea counter. The living room features high-quality, custom-designed furniture. The sofa bed is soft and super comfortable. In addition, there's a huge Smart TV, perfect for movie nights with family and friends.

The bedrooms are air-conditioned and freshly renovated, with new paint, modern décor, and special mattresses that ensure excellent sleep. There are 3 bedrooms in total:
