We charge an energy fee of R$1.4 per kWh used for all reservations. The electric meter is checked before and after your stay.

Our apartment has been recently renovated, features custom-designed furniture, and is located in a prime area within the condominium. It is approximately 60 meters from the beach, on the second floor of the best building in the complex. This accommodation is about 100 m² and comfortably hosts up to 6 adults and 2 children.

The gourmet balcony is a highlight, equipped with an electric barbecue grill with exhaust fan, a large minibar, a spacious Air Fryer, and a huge dining table set with a complete dinnerware set. It is integrated with the kitchen and living room, designed with open and connected spaces for a seamless experience.

The kitchen is FULLY EQUIPPED with everything needed for preparing meals conveniently. It includes a stove, oven, large refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and a water filter. There's also a breakfast and tea counter in the kitchen. The living room features custom, high-quality furniture. The sofa bed is soft and extremely comfortable. In addition, the living room has a HUGE Smart TV, perfect for movie nights with family and friends.

The bedrooms are air-conditioned and recently updated, with fresh paint and modern decor, as well as special mattresses to ensure you get a great night's sleep. There are 3 bedrooms in total:
