The gourmet area is fully equipped and seamlessly integrated into the social spaces, offering a gas barbecue, climate-controlled wine cooler, induction cooktop, outdoor furniture, and support sink. The indoor kitchen is also complete, with an Electrolux multidoor refrigerator, built-in electric oven, five-burner stove, custom cabinetry, and all essential utensils. The laundry area includes a water dispenser, air fryer, electric pressure cooker, blender, ice maker, washer-dryer, and support sink.

Indoors, the spacious and cozy living room features a large sofa, armchair, side table with capsule coffee machine, 75’’ TV, and a decorative wall with shelves that function as a media unit. There is also one half bathroom for added convenience.

The house offers 4 air-conditioned suites, all with blackout curtains to ensure restful nights. Suite 1 has a king-size bed; Suites 2 and 4 feature queen-size beds; and Suite 3 offers a standard double bed and a desk suitable for studying or working. All suites include storage and bedside tables with lamps, combining comfort and functionality in every detail.
