The gourmet area is fully equipped and integrated into the social spaces, featuring a gas grill, climate-controlled wine cellar, induction stove, outdoor furniture, and a prep sink. The indoor kitchen is also fully equipped, with a multidoor Electrolux refrigerator, built-in electric oven, five-burner stove, custom cabinets, and all essential utensils. The laundry area includes a water dispenser, air fryer, electric pressure cooker, blender, ice maker, washer-dryer, and an extra sink.

Inside, the spacious and cozy living room offers a large sofa, armchair, side table with capsule coffee machine, and a 75" TV, in addition to a decorative wall with shelves that serve as a rack. There is also a half bath for added convenience.

There are four air-conditioned suites, each with blackout curtains to ensure peaceful nights. Suite 1 features a king bed; Suites 2 and 4 have a queen-size bed; and Suite 3 offers a standard double bed and a desk for studying or working. All suites provide wardrobes and bedside tables with lamps, combining comfort and functionality in every detail.
