Our apartment is about 63m² and is located in a prime area of the condominium. It is on the fourth floor of block B1, approximately 60 meters from the pool.

The balcony features special glass curtains and a table perfect for family gatherings or hanging out with friends. Everything is prepared to ensure your comfort, including electric showers for a warm and relaxing bath at the end of the day.

The bedrooms are air-conditioned and recently renovated, with fresh paint and modern decor. The high-quality mattresses will provide you with great nights of sleep. There are 2 suites: one with a double bed and another with two single beds! The living room also has a super comfortable double sofa bed and a TV!
