Guests have free access to the common areas of the condominium. However, some of the common areas might be rented out or may not allow use by tenants.

The property has two parking spaces that you can use during your stay.

The condominium has direct access to the beach and is a 30-minute drive from Beach Park, the largest water park in Latin America. Additionally, it is located 30 km from Fortaleza and 44 km from Fortaleza International Airport.
