The house accommodates up to 10 guests comfortably in five suites, split between the main house and a bungalow with 2 suites, all with air conditioning and private bathrooms. The outdoor area features a pool, loungers, space for hammocks, and a dining table for 8. The kitchen is fully equipped for every meal. Integrated spaces and natural wood finishes provide convenience, privacy, and comfort, making it an excellent choice for families and groups of friends.

Casa Beira Mar consists of a main house and a bungalow, totaling five spacious suites and accommodating up to 10 guests.

In the outdoor area, the large pool serves as the gathering spot of the house, featuring six loungers available for sunny days and a reserved space for hammocks. A counter with a sink and three seats is perfect for quick snacks, while the dining table for 8 seats the entire group for meals. The living area with sofas and armchairs, combined with a second space with floor cushions, offers options for relaxing either in a group or in more private moments.

The bungalow features two independent suites, each with a queen bed, air conditioning, desk with chair, large mirror, wardrobe, and private bathroom.

The main house has three more suites. Two overlook the pool, one of which also faces the dining table area, and the third is located in the interior of the house, providing more privacy. All suites come with a queen bed, solid wood bench, table with chair, horizontal mirror, wardrobe, air conditioning, and private bathroom.

The living room has an open layout, with sofas, armchairs, and a counter with 4 seats directly connected to the kitchen.

The kitchen is fully equipped: spacious refrigerator, built-in oven, 4-burner induction cooktop, range hood, wine cooler, dishwasher, microwave, water dispenser, coffee machine for ground coffee and pods, toaster, blender, electric kettle, and two sinks.

The property also includes a laundry room with a washing machine and a garage.
