The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, as there are several stairs, some of them quite steep;

The house features spacious and well-distributed rooms. On the ground floor, there are two air-conditioned suites, both with queen beds and support benches, one of which is located near the artificial lake.

The outdoor area offers a complete gourmet space, equipped with a charcoal grill, refrigerator, microwave, cooktop, oven, and utensils for meal preparation. This area also includes a table for eight people, a counter for quick meals, and a half-bathroom.

Upstairs, there are two additional suites. One is spacious and features a queen bed, while the master suite has a balcony, a table for two, and a privileged view of the Jaguaribe River.

The rooftop is one of the highlights of the house, featuring a swimming pool, a dining table for six, a barbecue grill, a support sink, chairs, and a hammock with a view of the landscape, creating an ideal space to relax and enjoy your stay.
