We charge an energy fee of R$1.4 per kWh used for all reservations. The electric meter is checked before and after the stay.

Some condominium services may require prior request for use, which must be made on-site directly with the administration.

Our apartment is about 63m² and is located in a prime area of the condominium. It’s on the fourth floor of block B2, approximately 60 meters from the pool.

The balcony features a special glass curtain and a table perfect for family or friends to gather and enjoy. Everything is designed for your comfort, including heated water in the bathrooms for a relaxing shower at the end of the day.

Perfect for families, the apartment has 2 suites. The first suite includes a queen bed and a bunk bed, while the second suite offers a double bed and a reversible bathroom for added convenience. The living room has a sofa bed with two pull-out beds, ensuring plenty of space for everyone. Both the rooms and the living room are air-conditioned, providing a comfortable stay.

You’ll also have TWO parking spaces available.
