Divided into two floors, the house offers 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, both with queen beds—one of which is also equipped with a bunk bed, making it ideal for families. The living room, tastefully decorated, is the ideal space to relax after a day at the beach, featuring a cozy sofa and a large-screen TV. The kitchen is a true highlight: modern, fully equipped with a cooktop, refrigerator, air fryer, beer cooler, and all the necessary utensils to easily prepare complete meals.

Outside, you'll find a welcoming area with a dining table, pergola, outdoor shower, and furniture at the front of the house—perfect for outdoor meals or enjoying the late afternoon breeze with loved ones. There is a well-distributed bathroom and half bath, offering comfort for up to six guests. The house also features air conditioning in both the bedrooms and the living room, ensuring comfort throughout the year.
