Vila Fatecha is a beachfront house in Guajiru, Flecheiras, designed to provide comfort and exclusivity in one of Ceará's most desired destinations. With capacity for 14 people, the house offers 6 spacious suites, 5 with queen beds and 1 suite with a trundle bed and bunk bed (ideal for comfortably accommodating more people). All suites are air-conditioned, decorated with Brazilian charm, and feature wardrobes, support shelves, and mirrors, providing maximum practicality and comfort.

The house has a large social area, with a living room equipped with a solid wood sofa and chairs, a coffee table, and an incredible view of the outdoor area. The dining room has a 10-seater table, perfect for large family meals, and direct access to the kitchen, which is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances — side-by-side refrigerator, 5-burner stove with 2 ovens, air fryer, orange juice machine, coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, and much more.
