Welcome to this charming house located in an exclusive beachfront condominium in Flecheiras. The space was designed to offer comfort and practicality, ideal for families and groups who wish to enjoy special days by the sea. The outdoor area features a support sink for meals, a cozy lounge with sofa, armchairs and coffee table, as well as dining tables, including a dining table with a rotating centerpiece for seven people. Inside, the living room has a large sofa, rack, 65’’ TV and JBL sound bar, perfect for leisure moments. The dining room offers a table for eight in an integrated and welcoming environment, while the kitchen is fully equipped with a four-burner stove, frost free french door refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, capsule and traditional coffee makers, sandwich maker, toaster, blender and tableware for up to twelve people. The service area includes a washing machine, water filter, support fans and a guest restroom for greater convenience.

The house has four comfortable suites: the first, on the ground floor, has two single beds with a trundle, 32’’ TV, wardrobe and drawers; on the upper floor, there are two suites with queen-size beds, air conditioning, 32’’ TVs, wardrobes and drawers; and the master suite, also upstairs, with a king-size bed, 32’’ TV, wardrobe, drawers and built-in closet.

The condominium enhances the experience with leisure areas, swimming pool, gym, outdoor living spaces and direct access to the beach, ensuring unique moments of rest and well-being.
