The complex has a caretaker couple who live on the property and can assist with urgent matters. If you would like someone to cook meals and clean the chalets during your stay, please contact us. Pets are not allowed.

The complex has 4 chalets that comfortably accommodate up to 22 guests. Each chalet features a living area with sofas, television, and dining table, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove and oven, refrigerator, and all necessary cooking and dining utensils.

The Pink Chalet is a duplex with 3 bedrooms — 2 on the ground floor and 1 upstairs. Each room has a double bed and air conditioning. The chalet has 2 bathrooms.

The Blue Chalet is also a duplex with 2 bedrooms — one on the ground floor and one upstairs. Each room has a double bed and air conditioning. The chalet has 1 bathroom.

The Yellow Chalet is entirely on one floor, with 2 bedrooms, each featuring a double bed and air conditioning. The chalet has 1 bathroom.

The Orange Chalet is a duplex with 3 bedrooms — 2 on the ground floor and 1 upstairs. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and a single bed, while the third has a double bed. All rooms have air conditioning. The chalet has 2 bathrooms.

The outdoor area includes a beachfront swimming pool, a large lawn, a basketball court, a barbecue area, and a deck equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, gas stove and oven, electric oven, toaster, coffee maker, and ample space to gather family and friends. The property has direct access to the beach!

The house is located on one of the main streets of Taíba Beach, right by the ocean and close to the town center. You can reach the city center on foot or by car, where you’ll find local shops, restaurants for lunch and dinner, snack bars, bakeries, mini markets, as well as surf and kitesurf schools and companies offering tours and unique experiences around the region’s beaches and attractions.
