What do I need to bring for my stay?
Just your personal items! Our accommodations have complete linen to provide the greatest comfort and convenience for you, as well as basic kitchen and bathroom items. So you don't have to worry about anything 😁
How is the check-in process carried out?
Our check-in process aims to be as practical as possible for you. To do this, we will collect some of your data and that of the people traveling with you days before your stay. From then on, we are responsible for registering you at the condominium entrance.
Do children count towards the total number of guests?
Generally, children over 2 years of age count as guests. However, this may vary depending on the accommodation or condominium where it is located. If you have any questions, you can contact us via the chat located in the bottom right corner of your screen.
How does the cleaning fee work?
We charge a cleaning fee for our accommodations so that they are clean and organized to welcome you. This amount is passed on to the suppliers responsible for cleaning and used to purchase cleaning materials.
Can I travel with my pet?

How does the cancellation policy work?
We offer full refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of booking. After this period, 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made up to 7 days before check-in date.
