It features air-conditioned suites facing the pool, a gourmet area with barbecue and deck bar, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with an air fryer. Breakfast preparation service is included guests only need to provide the ingredients. Daily housekeeping is included, with easy access to the beach and the Pontal Lookout.

We charge an energy fee of R$1.40 per kWh used on all reservations. The electricity meter is checked before and after the stay.

Our house is located in the charming neighborhood of Pontal do Maceió, in the municipality of Fortim. Just a five-minute walk away, you will reach the Sunset Viewpoint, where you can enjoy the most beautiful sunset in the state. There is a small bar at the viewpoint where you can enjoy your favorite drink.

Vila Oásis offers four air-conditioned suites, recently painted and decorated, as well as two additional bedrooms that share a common bathroom. The high-quality bed linen is imported from France. The beds have special mattresses that will provide you with great nights of sleep. All suites feature queen beds, and the additional rooms are perfect for accommodating groups or families.

There is a pool next to a beautiful, fully equipped deck—ideal for moments with family and friends. The area also features a charcoal barbecue, a bar, a spacious area, and a solid wood dining table. Whether sunbathing by the pool or enjoying the sea breeze in the shade, this is the perfect choice for relaxing with your loved ones.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, water dispenser, and all the utensils you need for a perfect stay. The living room is integrated with the dining area, both with a stunning view of the garden and the sea, offering excellent thermal comfort due to good ventilation.

For those who practice kitesurfing, you are more than welcome. The house has a space with three shelves for you to store your equipment safely. In addition, it is just a few minutes by car from the main spots for practicing the sport.

By car, in five minutes you can reach the center of Pontal do Maceió, where you will find various dining options. In ten minutes, you can reach the center of Fortim, with more entertainment and gastronomic options. The house is perfect for large groups who want to enjoy carefree days at the beach without giving up comfort and refinement.
