The house features air-conditioned suites facing the pool, a gourmet area with barbecue and bar on the deck, and a fully equipped kitchen with air fryer. Breakfast preparation service is included (guest provides the ingredients) and daily suite cleaning is provided.

There are 4 air-conditioned suites with queen beds and 2 additional bedrooms that share a bathroom, ideal for families or groups. High-quality bed linens and comfortable mattresses guarantee excellent nights of rest.
The outdoor area features a pool, a full deck, a charcoal barbecue grill, a bar, and a large dining table — perfect for group moments. The living and dining rooms are integrated, with views of the garden and the sea, as well as excellent ventilation.
The house offers a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, water dispenser, and complete utensils.

About the keys
• To open the front door and the parking lot gate, you have two sets of keys at your disposal. The bedroom keys are in the basket in the living room.
• If you don't leave your keys, the cleaning team won't be able to clean.
• Please close the front door on the street side and also the parking lot, as the goats like to come in and eat the flowers.
• If you go out at night, it's best to close the kitchen and living room blinds and not leave food out. We might have some cats visiting.
• At the end of your stay, please return your room keys to your room door and the house keys and gate remote to our concierge team.
About the pool
• Avoid using oils and sunscreens in the pool.
• Take a shower before entering the pool to keep the water clean and prevent light-colored swimsuits from yellowing.
• When the water is no longer clear, it will be necessary to treat it with chlorine and its use will be prohibited for 4 hours.
• Never add water yourself; ask the house staff.
Regarding kite cleaning
• Garden hose water is supplied by a pump that cannot be turned on without a specific procedure. Never turn on the garden water yourself; ask the household staff.
About the bathrooms
• Do not flush toilet paper or feminine hygiene products down the toilet.
• Small trash cans are available and are emptied according to our cleaning staff's schedule. Please use small 10-liter trash bags.
About the clothes
• Water is a valuable resource. We provide bath towels and a pool towel for the duration of your stay.
• If necessary, and you wish to change your towels, please ask our house staff.
• A laundry basket is available in each bathroom, and you can use the washing machine; our staff will explain how it works. This machine operates only with cold water, and some stains, especially sunscreen, may not come out.
• A clothesline, an ironing board, and an iron are at your disposal.
About the dishwasher
• A machine is available for your use. Our team will explain how to use it.
