Oca Carioca is located at Pontal do Maceió Beach, inside the gated community Jaguaribe Villas, where you will have security and private access to the beach. It is perfect for large groups looking to enjoy worry-free days in the best location of Pontal de Maceió and just minutes from the beach. With over 1800 m² of space, the environment is ideal for those who love the outdoors and spacious areas.

To make your stay even more comfortable, the house offers daily service including breakfast and lunch preparation, as well as room cleaning. Service is available between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, with the option to extend for dinner by arrangement.

Our house comfortably accommodates up to 22 people in 6 individual bungalows, all complete suites with air conditioning, hot water, wardrobes, and a veranda with a hammock. Inspired by the Marvelous City, each bungalow is named after a neighborhood in Rio de Janeiro and they are connected by paths with Portuguese stones, simulating the famous beach boardwalks.

In the Leblon and Ipanema bungalows, you will find a comfortable double bed and ONE single bed. In the Leme, Flamengo, Copacabana, and Barra bungalows, you will find a comfortable double bed and TWO single beds. All beds have new, high-quality bed linens.

The house has been entirely designed with relaxation, comfort, and fun in mind. Enjoy our amazing pool, featuring a deck, sun loungers, umbrellas, outdoor shower, and incredible lighting programmed for nighttime. You can also enjoy a relaxing sauna in the late afternoon!

Next to the pool, there is a beautiful wooden deck integrated with a spacious lounge, which is complete with a large Smart TV, sound system, dining tables, and a full kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gourmet island, barbecue grill, and industrial stove built into a granite countertop, along with a bar counter for fun moments.

The landscaping and outdoor lighting project was carried out by local artisans, preserving the coastal character of Fortim. In addition, a waste treatment system was implemented to ensure responsible and environmentally friendly sewage disposal.

You will also have access to 6 covered parking spaces with a pergola and coconut palm thatch roof.

The house also features 2 artesian wells, a 50,000-liter cistern, a 5,000-liter water tank in a tower with a pressurization system to provide adequate water pressure throughout the house. Lastly, there is a storage room for materials and equipment, a laundry area, and a bathroom for staff.

You will have free access to all rooms of the accommodation.
