Important notes:

• Limit: 12 adults + 2 children (any different configuration must be requested from the owner)

• Electricity fee charged according to consumption (R$1.4 per kWh used, with the meter checked before and after the stay)

• Staff available from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM (Mon–Sat). Overtime hours must be arranged separately.

• Quiet hours: Silence required from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM

• Events are not allowed

• Use restrictions (furniture, technical areas, and sensitive items)

• Not allowed: climbing on solar panels/roof, sitting on indoor sofas while wet, moving furniture, parking on the grass, or using crystal glasses in the pool (plastic only).

• Please treat the space as your own, avoiding actions that may damage the property, furniture, or affect relations with neighbors and service providers.
