The outdoor area is one of the main highlights of the house, featuring a private pool, waterproof poufs, spacious sofas, and hammocks for relaxing moments. The covered area includes a barbecue grill, support counter with sink, cooktop, and various dining and social spaces, including a table for eight people. This area is also equipped with a beer fridge, climate-controlled wine cooler, and a 48’’ TV with a mobile stand, which can be used in different parts of the house.

The indoor spaces have been designed to provide both practicality and comfort. The large, air-conditioned living room features two spacious sofas, two armchairs, a dining table for eight people, and a guest restroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a five-burner cooktop, two refrigerators, double sinks, built-in oven, microwave, air fryer, water filter, coffee machine, and blender.

On the ground floor, Suite 1 offers two single beds, air conditioning, and a bathroom with a hot shower. Upstairs, Suite 2 also includes two single beds and air conditioning, while Suites 3 and 4 feature a queen bed, air conditioning, and a balcony. The master suite stands out for its spacious layout, with a king bed, sofa, work desk, balcony, and walk-in closet.
