Our home is located in one of the most peaceful and exclusive areas of Fortim, just a few meters from the beach and with easy access to the shore. Set on a spacious lot surrounded by native vegetation and the constant sea breeze, it’s ideal for those seeking comfort, privacy, and connection with nature.

Upon entering, you're welcomed by a spacious and airy living room with high ceilings, comfortable sofas, a Smart TV, and full integration with the veranda and outdoor area. The adjacent open-plan kitchen is fully equipped: double-door fridge, stove, microwave, electric oven, coffee maker, water filter, and all utensils for every moment of your stay.

The house offers four comfortable suites, all with independent access to the outside and equipped with air conditioning. Two of the suites are versatile and can be set up with a king-size bed or two single beds — perfect for families or groups of friends. They share a large and functional bathroom. The other two suites feature king-size beds and ensure total privacy and comfort.

Outside, the leisure area is the highlight: a private pool with a wooden deck, loungers, and the perfect setting to relax under the sun. The covered veranda invites you to unwind, with hammocks, armchairs, and a dining table for open-air meals. Daily breakfast preparation is included in your stay, along with housekeeping — offering convenience and care in every detail.
