Located in the exclusive beachfront Eco Village condominium, this high-end house offers the perfect balance between comfort, sophistication, and nature. With five suites and spacious environments, it is ideal for those seeking restful days with full structure, constant breeze, and plenty of charm.

On the ground floor, the outdoor area invites relaxation and social moments. It features a private pool, outdoor dining table for eight people, loungers, a lounge with sofa and hammock, and a deck equipped with an island counter, sink, cabinets, and electric barbecue. It's the perfect setting for relaxed moments with family or friends. Inside, the living room is spacious and fully air-conditioned with a 60" TV. The dining room is integrated with a round table for eight and an island counter with four stools facing the kitchen. This area also includes a glass cabinet, wine fridge, and beer fridge, creating an elegant and functional atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction cooktop, built-in oven, microwave, two frost-free refrigerators, and large cabinets. There is also a pantry and service area with sink, drying rack, washing machine, and dishwasher. On this floor, there is also a half bath and a suite with two single beds, air conditioning, and storage shelves.

Upstairs, there are three comfortable and well-decorated suites. Two of them have double beds and open wardrobes with shelves and hangers. The third suite features a double bed plus an extra single bed, ideal for families with children. The master suite offers a queen bed, air conditioning, a 48" TV, wardrobe, a balcony with hammock, and a relaxing view of the condominium.

The top floor reveals a complete rooftop area. The fifth suite is perfect for children or teens, featuring two custom bunk beds, a sofa bed, desk, 48" TV, balcony, and air conditioning. The rooftop is one of the highlights of the house, with two large sofas, a round table for six, a sink, and a breathtaking view of the green landscape and the sea in the background. It's the ideal spot to watch the sunset or simply relax to the sound of the wind and waves.
