The accommodation includes breakfast preparation and daily cleaning, ensuring a full and hassle-free experience.

Located in the exclusive Eco Village condominium, facing the sea, this high-end home offers the perfect balance between comfort, sophistication, and connection with nature. With five suites and spacious living areas, it is ideal for those seeking days of relaxation with complete amenities, a constant sea breeze, and plenty of charm.

On the ground floor, the outdoor area invites you to socialize and enjoy leisure time: a private pool, an outdoor dining table for eight people, sun loungers, a lounge with a sofa and hammock, as well as a deck equipped with an island counter, sink, cabinets, and an electric barbecue. It’s the perfect setting for laid-back moments with family or friends. Inside, you’ll find a large air-conditioned living room with central AC and a 75-inch television. Connected to it is a dining room with a round table for eight and an island with four additional seats facing the kitchen. This space also features a china cabinet, wine cellar, and beer cooler, creating an elegant and functional environment. The kitchen is fully equipped: induction cooktop, built-in oven, microwave, frost-free refrigerator, spacious cabinets, and a service area with sink, drying rack, washing machine, and dishwasher. On the same floor, there is also a half bath and a suite with two twin beds plus trundle beds, air conditioning, and a storage cabinet.

The first floor hosts three comfortable, well-decorated suites with air conditioning. The master suite features a king-size bed, 55-inch TV, open closet with shelves and hanging rack, hammock, balcony with a chaise lounge, and a relaxing view of the condominium. The second suite offers a queen-size bed, open closet with shelves and hanging rack, and a balcony shared with the master suite. The third suite has a queen-size bed plus an additional twin bed with a trundle, wardrobe, and open closet—ideal for families with children.

On the top floor, the house surprises with a complete rooftop area. The fifth suite comfortably accommodates children or teenagers, with two custom-built bunk beds with oversized twin mattresses, a sofa bed, desk, 55-inch TV, air conditioning, and a balcony. The rooftop, one of the highlights of the property, features two large sofas, a round table for six, a sink, and an incredible view of the green areas and the ocean in the distance. It’s the perfect place to watch the sunset or simply relax to the sound of the wind and waves.

This house has been designed in every detail to provide a memorable experience, with the comfort of feeling at home even when you’re away.
